Bishop on the Vermont District

Let’s welcome Bishop Devadhar back to Vermont! Bishop Sudarshana Devadhar will be in Vermont on Saturday, December 14, for his last Day on the Vermont District before he retires next year. Come to Hedding UMC in Barre from 1:00 – 4:00. Let’s fill the sanctuary! Everyone is invited – clergy are expected and lay people highly encouraged to come. Please bring several others from your congregation! Register in advance by contacting the Vermont District Office, vmtdistrict@neumc.org, (802) 485-4724. When you RSVP, you can also submit questions or topics that you would like the Bishop to address that afternoon. (Clergy are expected to attend and lay people are highly encouraged to come – bring a carload!) The District Superintendency Committee will meet with Bishop Devadhar at noon at Hedding.
