General Schedule
Teens should bring: a journal, pen, Bible, jacket, walking shoes and an optional change of clothes.
1 p.m. – 1:15 p.m. – Arrive, introductions, opening prayer – parking lot (note, there are two parking lots for the trail – one at the trailhead and another 3/10 of a mile down the road on the left (heading toward Waterbury)
1:15 – 1:30 – Short hike to first set of waterfalls
1:30-4:30 – Series of talks, journal time, opportunity for confession, quiet reflection, more hiking, etc.
4:30 – Depart for Waterbury
5:00 p.m. – Closing Mass with Father Matthew Rensch (who plans on joining us for the day)
Dinner provided afterwards – likely sandwich, bag of chips, cookie, etc.
COVID-19 Protocols
In accordance with the Vermont State Mandate, one does not need to wear a mask when outside on the hike, provided that one keeps a distance from others of at least 6 feet. Anyone who chooses to wear a mask while on the hike is welcome to do so.
In accordance with Diocesan Protocols, masks must be worn during Mass at St. Andrew’s.
