Vermont Transition Workshop

Vermont District Transition Workshop Changing pastors is part of the connectional life of the United Methodist Church.  This workshop will give pastors and churches changing appointments this year important information to ease the stress of the transition. Pastors and transition teams from each church with changes in pastoral leadership this year are expected to attend one of these workshops: Saturday, May 18, 2019, 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. Faith UMC, 899 Dorset St, South Burlington VT OR Wednesday, May 15, 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.  Northfield UM Parish, 152 South Main St, Northfield VT Each church should bring a transition team which includes the pastor and lay leader, Staff Parish Relations Committee representatives, and others with skills for this work.
