DESCRIPTION:The Beatitudes are one way God gives us hope!  And by living the Beatitudes\, we can give hope to others.  To kick off the Jubilee Year of Hope\, St John Vianney Parish is hosting a book study on The Way of Beatitude: Living Radical Hope In A World of Division and Despair\, by Fr. Casey Cole\, OFM.\nThere will be morning and evening sessions offered four Thursdays during January\, beginning 1/9 – with morning sessions at 9:00 AM and evening sessions at 6:30 PM – and books will be $10 each.\nPlease join us!  Go to stjohnvianneyvt.org/beatitude-book for more information and registration form.  Don’t delay; books are being ordered 12/20.

On Thursdays from 1/16 to 2/6\, Fr Tim Naples will lead Zoom sessions using the text\, Bible Basics for Catholics by John Bergsma; contact him at tnaples@vermontcatholic.org to receive the Zoom link. Sessions will run from 5:15 to 6:15 PM and will also be recorded for later viewing. Focusing on Salvation History\, this study will be perfect for those who are new to the scriptures as well as people who have been studying them for some time.
