DESCRIPTION:Activate your Mind\, Body & Soul: Stretch\, Strengthen & Pray. SoulCore is an integrated faith & fitness class to the prayers of the rosary with a self-paced workout. Everyone is welcome\, no experience needed. Classes are on Saturdays from 9:00 am – 10:00 am at St. Andrews Church Hall\, 109 South Main Street\, Waterbury\, VT .  They start on Sept 13 – Dec 20  (No Class 11/1). Please bring a  mat and water bottle. Join VT Interfaith Power & Light for our Gatherings for Creation this fall! We’re bringing faith communities together across the state for two half-day gatherings to celebrate Creation and to renew our commitment to advocating for and defending our shared Earth.\nFeaturing a forest bathing session with Rev Nancy Wright (Pastor for Creation Care New England Synod\, Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and Certified Forest Therapy Guide)\, an eco-spirituality and Creation care workshop\, a guided dialogue for Green Teams and Earth advocates\, and lunch\, these events are an opportunity to come together in a spirit of mutual care and support.\nJoin us at Ascension Lutheran Church in South Burlington on Sept 27th from 9:30am-1:30pm and at St. Michael’s Episcopal Church in Brattleboro on Oct 18th from 9:30am-2:00pm.
