DESCRIPTION:Activate your Mind\, Body & Soul: Stretch\, Strengthen & Pray. SoulCore is an integrated faith & fitness class to the prayers of the rosary with a self-paced workout. Everyone is welcome\, no experience needed. Classes are on Saturdays from 9:00 am – 10:00 am at St. Andrews Church Hall\, 109 South Main Street\, Waterbury\, VT .  They start on Sept 13 – Dec 20  (No Class 11/1). Please bring a  mat and water bottle.
