SUMMARY:Training for Committees on Nominations and Leadership
DESCRIPTION:This training for local churches will focus on how to set up and use the Committee on Nominations and Leadership.  Many church leaders consider this to be the most important committee of the local church as it is tasked with identifying and deploying people to serve in the church’s various leadership roles. As such\, its members need to be attuned to the gifts and abilities of local church members\, as well as the gifts and abilities necessary to serve on committees such as the SPRC\, Trustees\, etc.  This workshop will outline a process for Committees on Nominations and Leadership to follow throughout the year so that they can do this important work.
