SoulCore – Waterbury

New class session and location! SoulCore is a combination faith and fitness class based on the Most Holy Rosary. Class is about 1 hour. Everyone is welcome, bring your mat, water and participant form if you haven’t completed one yet. Suggested Donation of $10 supports this ministry and goes to charity.
Weekly classes start Saturday Feb 1 through Apr 12 (no class Mar 8) at 9:00 am at St. Andrews Church Parish Hall in Waterbury.
